Lily Coffin Top

A classic coffin top where the Oriental lilies really are the star of the show.

Large Oriental lilies are arranged generously through seasonal foliage to create a full, elegant coffin top with plenty of presence. There aren't lots of other flowers competing for attention in this design — it's all about the lilies.

Choose from white or pink Oriental lilies.

We prepare the lilies carefully in advance so that for the funeral there is a beautiful show of flowers in full bloom, alongside some that are just opening and others still in bud. We actually prefer them this way. Having every lily completely open at once can look too much, whereas a mixture of stages gives the arrangement a softer, more natural finish.

It also means some of the lilies will continue to open afterwards. Families sometimes choose to take a few flowers home after the funeral and place them in a vase, which can be a lovely way of keeping part of the tribute with them for a little longer.

Available from 3ft to 6ft, with larger sizes made fuller to give greater coverage and presence across the coffin.

Each Lily Coffin Top is handmade by our florists here in Sheffield using lilies selected for their quality, size and presence, and finished with seasonal foliage.

Please allow 5 working days for this design. This gives us the time we need to condition the lilies properly and have them looking their best for the funeral.
