Lilac Tones Coffin Top

Lilac funeral flowers are a little more unusual, and that is exactly what makes our Lilac Tones Coffin Top so special.

This is an original Townend Florist design, created by our florists in our Sheffield shop and photographed using our own work. The design is centred around soft lilac shades, with touches of pink and deeper purple added to give the arrangement depth and help those lilac tones really stand out.

It is a colour combination that takes a little bit of florist know-how to get right. Too much pink and you lose the lilac; too much deep purple and the whole design becomes heavy. We use the different shades together carefully so the finished tribute stays soft, elegant and unmistakably lilac.

We’ll use a seasonal mix of flowers in these tones, choosing what is at its best at the time of the funeral while keeping the overall lilac, pink and purple palette consistent. This means every arrangement will be slightly different, but will always keep the same distinctive look and feel.

Each coffin top is available in a choice of sizes, with larger sizes containing more flowers to create a fuller tribute and greater coverage across the coffin.

If there is a particular flower you would like us to include, or a shade you would like us to emphasise or avoid, please contact us and we’ll be happy to talk through the tribute with you.
