CREATE YOUR OWN FUNERAL FLOWER LETTERS

Can’t see the word, name or initials you’re looking for? That doesn’t mean we can’t make it.

At Townend Florist, we can create almost any wording in our white chrysanthemum funeral letter style — names, nicknames, relationship words, initials and more.

Each letter is approximately 12" high and is based in fresh white chrysanthemums, then finished with flower clusters and edging in the colours you choose.

The first and last letters are finished with fuller flower clusters, while the letters in between also receive their own floral detail. We do that because we want the flowers to feel balanced across the whole word, not just added at either end.

Roses are usually our focal flower because they stand out beautifully against the clean white chrysanthemum base. We then add smaller seasonal flowers to bring the clusters together and complement your chosen colour.

You can choose your own flower cluster colour and ribbon edge colour when ordering, or choose a natural foliage edge if you would prefer no ribbon.

For longer words, we may make the tribute in more than one section. We work closely with funeral directors and understand how funeral flowers are transported, handled and positioned throughout the day, so longer lettering is made in a way that can be moved with care and dignity.

For us, making funeral flowers properly does not stop when they leave the shop. We think about the whole journey they have to make and how they will be handled at every stage.
