WHAT'S HAPPENING AT TOWNEND FLORIST31 May 2024As we desperatley try to creep into summer 2024, nature is taking its own course. We are so as florists that we are in the full full throws of peony season, Hydrangeas are loving the wet weather and our Sunflowers are bring pops of sunshine to each bouquet we make. Creating bouquets is so much fun at any time of year but the fresh flowers and scents that summer brings is alwasy welcome after the darkest days of winter. This week has been a short week but WOW we have packed some bouquets into it. Celeberation bouquets for birthdays, ina beautiful natural garden styled arrangement, big bold sunflowers for a get well and we've hit the mark with some anniversary flowers. We're coming into wedding season and though we don't do wedding flowers, we're here to amrk the special occasion with flowers that will make any anniversary gift truly special. Andrew our delivery driver has been to all seven hills of Sheffield making sure each bouquet is perfectly presented and delivered. In fairness he has to, he's Louisa's husband and thats what keeps him on his toes. It's also what it mean to run a family business. We're not just a husband and wife team, Kathy has been part of our family for years and at busy periods you see our children (although grown up) delivering flowers through out Sheffield. So what will next week bring? Well Mondy starts off with funeral flowers being delivered to Peace Funerals and Michael Fogg's, we will also be creating bouquets for you to pop into the shop to pick when you're in a hurry. We make boquets fresh every day so that if you just want to grab a bunch while your on the go they're here for you. Also we'll be making up those last minuet orders for same day delivery.
