Short answer- is we can't We make the most out of the beautiful Peonies, Roses, Sunflowers, Gladioli, Agapanthus, Hydrangeas and later in the season Dhalia and Celosia. Of course there are many more summer flowers that we use in our bouquets. But as I'm sat here typing away these are the flowers that are screaming "USE ME!!", as they look so vibrant and smell so heady and beautiful.
